On Friday (8th September 2017), Talk Staff Group was announced as the winner of the ‘Commitment to People Development’ award, at the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce’s impressive Derbyshire Gala Dinner, and followed strong competition from other businesses within its own sector.
On the night, Talk Staff Group’s Managing Director, Gary Parsons, made an additional surprise announcement that they will be opening an additional office within the East Midlands in the first half of 2018 and looks to double its headcount.
Establishing itself in 2009, the Group has quickly developed a unique approach to business, partnering with businesses to promote sustainable growth, through well-planned talent acquisition and retention campaigns.
Placing emphasis on personal development as a partnership, not only with the managers but with the business too, feedback from employees was fantastic and has driven individual motivation across all brands.
Commenting on winning the award, Talk Staff’s Sales & Marketing Director, David Orange said:
